MyBESTLifeNow (“MBLN”) is a wholly owned subsidiary and underwriting facility for BESTLife Financial Holdings (“BLFH”). MBLN is also the technological arm and processor of all of “R.O.C.” (Residential Ownership Certificate) eApplications.
MBLN and BLFH are dedicated solely to the undertaking of providing openly accessible, affordable and flexible permanently fixed-rate long-term residential home financing through a proprietary product known as the “R.O.C.” (Residential Ownership Certificate).
Both MBLN and BLFH are a part of the ONE BESTLife Holdings (“OBLH”) group of companies which also acts as the investment arm of ONE BESTLife Insurance; a global life insurance company.
The primary business of ONE BESTLife Insurance (“OBLI”) is the issuance of long-term whole life insurance policies with fixed premiums, consistent above-average growth and a guaranteed cash value. OBLI accomplishes its goals by taking full advantage of the current digital advances in technology which provides a global presence while allowing them to provide unique, proprietary and industry-advanced products and services.
In addition to establishing a niche global presence, OBLI has persistently met its financial goals and obligations to its policyholders by consistently reinvesting 100% of its earned premiums into US real estate; and specifically, in the form of long term residential financing and, now, through the adoption of the R.O.C. (Residential Ownership Certificate).
Through the R.O.C. and in the simplest form of application, OBLI is amplifying its presence while bringing its proven strategies and much needed change to residential home financing and the US real estate markets.
